Richard J. Kurtz

Richard J. Kurtz serves as Chief Executive Officer of The Kamson Corporation, a large property investment firm with operations throughout the Northeast. He previously served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of LaPolla Industries, Inc. in Houston, Texas, and as a Director of Inter Community Bank of Springfield, New Jersey. Throughout his career, Richard has demonstrated a strong commitment to philanthropy and community service. His numerous charitable affiliations have earned him several prestigious honors, including the Man of the Year Award from both Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, and the Boy Scouts of America. He has also received the Touchstone Award from Englewood Hospital and Medical Center, recognizing individuals whose service to humanity reflects the highest values of philanthropy. Richard is also a recipient of the Englewood Hospital Legacy Award and holds the distinction of being the only individual in the hospital's 126-year history to receive this honor twice. With a tireless drive to identify promising business opportunities, Richard brings extensive experience, collaborative counsel, and strategic insight to every venture he undertakes. Most recently, Richard acquired Wright's Impact Window & Door in West Palm Beach and is actively involved in all facets of the well-established and respected company.
